First time using our site? feel free to use our tutorial video or step by step user guide to get the most out of your shopping experience.

First, open your rewards portal and use the menu options to navigate through the site.

Be sure to use the eVoucher/mailout tabs at the top of the page to ensure you are purchasing either physical or mailout products. The filters bar on the left hand side of the page will help you narrow down the search results to easy find what you are after. once you have found the products you wish to purchase simply click "Add to cart" buton.

Before the produt is added to your shopping cart you will be redirected to a page where you will need to select the product qantity you are after. simply use the up and down arrows to adjust the number of units you wish to purchase followed by clicking "Add to cart".

Once all products have been aded to the shopping cart, click the "Proceed to checkout" Button located in the top right hand corner of the page.

	Following this, you will be prompted to send this purchase to someone as a gift. If you wish to do this click the "Click here to eGift" button, if the eV1oucher is not a gift simply enter your delivery email adress and click "Next".
When choosing to eGift your purchase you will be redirected to a page where you are required to fill in the eGift form. This form allows you to enter the email adress of the recipiet as well as personalise the eGift with a message and template of your choice. Once complete simply click "Save and proceed to checkout".

Lastly, selct your Payment method and fill in the necessary payment information.

Before clicking "place order" ensure that you thoroughly check the order summary to ensure that you are purchaseing the correct items.

Once your purchase has been approved you will be redirected to the "Thank you" Page. From this page, you will have access to your digital voucher barcodes or you can click the "Download voucher" button which will download the PDF directly. Alternatiely the digital products will be sent to the supplied email adress.
